    It was made using over 230 bicycles recovered from the dump, by two sweet folks,Mark Grieve and Ilana Spector, from Petaluma, TX.
    I assume it was constructed on location. The wheels would spin in the wind as they'd connected sets of two spokes with strips of cloth or paper on the free wheels up top.
    Green indeed....
